Remote Desktop User for Windows 7


---> REMOTE DESKTOP USER FOR WINDOWS 7

REMOTE DESKTOP is a program or an operating system feature that allows the user to connect to a computer in another locations see that computers desktop and interact with it as if it were local.


People use remote desktop capability to do a variety of things remotely including the following :

  •  access a workplace computer from home or when traveling
  •  access a home computer from other locations
  •  fix a computer problem
  •  perform administrative tasks
  • demonstrate something such as a process or a software application. 

***HOW TO CONNECTION REMOTE DESKTOP CONNECTION????

Here the Step...

  For Windows XP...


1) Click the "Start Button" >> "Control Panel">>"Performance and Maintenance">>"System"




2) Choose "Remote Tab" and click to the box below "Allow user to Connect Remotely to this Computer">>"Apply & OK"


3) Go to the "Control Panel">>"Pick a Category" scree.click to the "Security Center">>"Windows firewall"unchecked to the "Don't Allow Exceptions Box"

4) Choose the "Exceptions"tab and click to the "Remote Desktop">>"OK"

5) Leave your computer running for while...now your computer is ready to be accessed remotely....But make sure your computer have connect in the Internet..NO Internet we cant use REMOTE DESKTOP CONNECTION...


FOR WINDOWS VISTA AND WINDOWS 7


1) Click the "START" button.



2) Go to "COMPUTER" Right-Click and choose "PROPERTIES"



3) Find the "TASK" menu on the left side of the windows.click on "REMOTE SETTINGS"



4) Put check mark in the box next to"ALLOW REMOTE ASSISTANCE CONNECTIONS TO THIS COMPUTER" under "REMOTE ASSISTANCE".click either one of the radio button that allow REMOTE CONNECTIONS.Make sure "DON'T ALLOW CONNECTIONS TO THIS COMPUTER"radio button is not checked.click "APPLY & OK"




5) LEAVE YOUR COMPUTER RUNNING AND MAKE SURE IT STAYS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET.your computer is now ready to be accessed remotely.



FOR WINDOWS 8 USER....


1) search for "REMOTE"in the start screen and select "REMOTE DESKTOP CONNECTION" under the "APPAS" area.


2) Click "SHOW OPTIONS" in the Remote Desktop Connection Screen.



3) Type in the address for the computer you want to connect to your network where it says"COMPUTER".Click "OPEN"if you have a computer connection saved already.



4) Click on the "DISPLAY" tab and select the color quality that you want.



5)Click on "LOCAL RESOURCES"and select your audio settings as well as the local devices you want access to.


6) select the "EXPERIENCE"tab and select the quality you want in the connection.click "CONNECT"begin connecting to the REMOTE DESKTOP.
